  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging and tags intact.
  • Products damaged during shipping are eligible for a full refund or replacement.
  • Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return unless they are defective.

2. Return & Exchange Period

  • Customers in the United States and Germany can initiate returns or exchanges within 21 days of receiving their order.
  • Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed within 2–3 business days to the original payment method.

3. How to Return

  2. Our team will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.
  3. Send the item back using a secure, trackable shipping method.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds include the item price. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective products.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item, please specify the replacement product and any preferred size or color.
  • Exchange shipping is free if the original item is defective; otherwise, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
