- Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, we process your order within 1–3 business days.
- During peak seasons (holidays, special promotions), processing times may extend slightly.
- You will receive an email notification when your order leaves our warehouse.
2. Shipping & Delivery
- Standard shipping usually takes 5–10 business days.
- Orders below $115.99: shipping fee $10.49.
- Orders $115.99 and above: free shipping.
- Please note that delivery times are estimates. Delays may occur due to customs, weather conditions, or courier schedules.
- For large or oversized items, shipping may take slightly longer; customers will be notified in advance.
3. Order Tracking
- After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- You can monitor your shipment in real time through the courier’s website.
- If you have any questions about the shipment status, our customer service team is ready to assist.
4. Shipping Restrictions & International Orders
- We currently ship only to addresses in the United States and Germany.
- We do not deliver to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or locations outside the supported countries.
- For customers in remote or restricted areas, delivery may take longer, and additional shipping charges may apply.
5. Special Considerations
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
- During peak periods, such as Black Friday or Christmas, shipping may experience slight delays.
- Arvessahome is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, severe weather, or carrier disruptions.
